Choose the bike you can handle comfortably
Check the transmission, seat height, weight and engine size. A larger motorcycle is not automatically a better choice for your trip. Tell the partner about your experience with that type of bike and ask which details are missing from the listing. If you are looking for an automatic scooter, use the scooter category so you compare like with like.
Set the route and rental period
Share your intended pickup and return dates and ask for the total cost. For a longer rental, clarify mileage limits, servicing arrangements and what to do if a problem occurs. If you plan to leave Phuket, ask whether the partner permits the route and whether different conditions apply. Do not assume every motorcycle may be taken anywhere.
Make the inspection part of pickup
Allow time to check the bike with the partner: visible damage, tyres, lights, controls, fuel and any supplied accessories. Agree how existing marks are recorded and how the return inspection will work. Confirm the deposit and its settlement separately from the vehicle return. Keep the agreement and the pickup and return record accessible in the app.
